Clutch Cargo -recall the Pulp Fiction scene?

As a kid I watched a lot of Clutch Cargo and even then I marveled at the incredible cheesiness. The lip technique is the long abandoned (except by Conon O'Brian for laughs) technique called Synchro-Vox. One of the most low budget cartoons ever, Clutch Cargo somehow has remained stuck in my mind these many years and now and again the theme song haunts me!

You may recall Clutch Cargo on the TV in the great "watch" scene starring Christopher Walken in Pulp Fiction.
